Aunt Carolee's Quick & Easy Heavenly Hashbrowns

I got this recipe from my auntie Carolee and we have been enjoying this for over 20 years.
A huge crowd pleaser, it only takes about 15 minutes to prepare!  Better yet, I can make a big batch for dinner and then the kids eat it for breakfast and lunch all the next day.
Need something fast & simple to have in your apron's back pocket? Aunt Carolee's warm cheesy hashbrowns are for you!

Heavenly Hashbrowns

In a large bowl MIX:

10 cups of frozen hashbrowns WaylessHashbrownRecipeMix

2 cups grated cheese

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cups sour cream

I like to also add one package of chopped cooked bacon, or one package crumbled cooked sausage

Place in a large pan and press down to smooth.
