Shipping Policy

We offer delivery within Calgary city limits for a flat rate price.  Canada wide shipping is available, please contact us for a quote autumn@wayless.ca.  Local Pick Up in Calgary is also an option.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, location, and courier. Local deliveries are within 5 business days (some exceptions may apply). For other locations, estimated delivery times will be provided based on the selected shipping method and destination, we commit to shipping out orders within 2 business days.

Tracking Orders: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Please note that processing times and shipping times may vary during periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Damaged or Lost Items: If you receive a damaged product or if your item is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at autumn@wayless.ca. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund as appropriate.
