Shipping Policy

We offer shipping across Canada with flat rate pricing based on province. Standard Courier options include UPS, Loomis and Purolator outside our local delivery area.

Current Shipping Rates

  • Manitoba: $20 shipping or free pickup at our warehouse in Niverville
  • Alberta, Saskatchewan & Ontario $25
  • BC & Maritime Provinces $30
  1. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, location, and courier. Local deliveries, including those done personally, typically take between 5-7 business days. For other locations, estimated delivery times will be provided based on the selected shipping method and destination, we commit to shipping out orders within 2 business days.
  2. Tracking Orders: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment
  3. Order Cancellation and Refund Disclaimer: Wayless.ca reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order if the shipping amount cannot be accommodated. If this situation arises, we will contact you before cancellation to see if we can work out an alternative shipping arrangement. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our customers.

Please note that processing times and shipping times may vary during periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  1. Damaged or Lost Items: If you receive a damaged product or if your item is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at autumn@wayless.ca. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund as appropriate.
