This portable, wearable fan/air cleaner has four convenient speeds (low, medium, high and turbo) and features four coconut carbon pre-filters, which trap larger airborne particles such as dust, pet hair and dander are trapped. Clean air is then circulated around you. The airflow is directed inward at the neck (an area that drives bodily heating/cooling) as opposed to, say, just blowing air past the eyes and drying them out.
