Return Policy & FAQ

Q: Can I return my item?

A: We carefully inspect each item and provide detailed information on conditional and additional photos whenever possible so you have confidence in your purchase. 

Online Store Returns - are accepted within 7 days of order pickup confirmation EMAIL if defective or damaged & condition was undisclosed, for online credit or refund.  After these 7 days all sales are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Auctions Returns - are accepted within 7 days of the auction closing date ONLY if an item is found to be defective & condition was undisclosed.  We will not consider a return after this time. You further understand that if you pick up items after the noted return period (7 days after the auction close date) you have waived your right to return for defective items. 

Defective returns, are processed within 5 business days to the method of payment on file.

All items are to be returned in the original packaging & consideration. Waymore4wayless reserves the right to refuse any items for returns as we see fit and restocking fees may apply. 

Gift Cards for Waymore4wayless are non refundable.

Q: Do you have a retail storefront where I can view your items for sale?
A: Our website, Facebook & Instagram pages & stories showcase our products for you. Our warehouse is not set up like a normal retail store with items on display. All our product is boxed and inventoried on warehouse style shelving. If you would like to physically see your item before purchasing, you are welcome visit our warehouse to view specific items. Please contact us in advance with the item(s) you are interested in.

Q: Is there GST of PST added to the purchase price upon checkout?
A: No. What you see is what you pay.

Q: How do I pay for my items?
A: In person at our warehouse we accept Cash or etransfer. If you are
making your purchase through our website, we accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Niverville Manitoba, Canada. Directions are listed in our "Contact Us"

Q: Do you Deliver?
A: Yes! We offer local delivery to Winnipeg, Niverville & Steinbach areas

Q: Can I have my item shipped?
A: Yes! We have been successfully shipping items throughout Canada for over 20 years. You will see all available couriers and rates when you go through the check out process.  You can choose what is best for you.
