Return Policy & FAQ

Q: Can I return my item?

A: We carefully inspect each product.  Items listed are in new condition unless otherwise indicated in the description.  We provide detailed information on condition and additional photos if it is not brand new, so you have confidence in your purchase. Please note that while the items themselves are guaranteed to be in new condition unless otherwise indicated, the packaging may be imperfect or not come in the original box. Packaging may show signs of handling or wear, but this does not affect the quality or functionality of the product.

Online Store Returns - are accepted within 14 days of order pickup confirmation EMAIL if defective or damaged & condition was undisclosed, for online credit or refund.  After these 14 days all sales are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Auctions Returns - are accepted within 14 days of the auction closing date ONLY if an item is found to be defective & condition was undisclosed.  We will not consider a return after this time. You further understand that if you pick up items after the noted return period (14 days after the auction close date) you have waived your right to return for defective items. 

Defective returns, are processed within 5 business days to the method of payment on file.

All items are to be returned in the original packaging & consideration. Waymore4wayless reserves the right to refuse any items for returns as we see fit and restocking fees may apply. 

Gift Cards for Waymore4wayless are non refundable.

Q: Do you have a retail storefront where I can view your items for sale?
A: Yes, please see our contact information for hours of operation

Q: Is there GST of PST added to the purchase price upon checkout?
A: No. What you see is what you pay.

Q: How do I pay for my items?
A: In person at our warehouse we accept Cash or etransfer. If you are
making your purchase through our website, we accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Niverville Manitoba, Canada. Directions are listed in our "Contact Us"

Q: Do you Deliver?
A: Yes! We offer local delivery to Winnipeg, Niverville & Steinbach areas

Q: Can I have my item shipped?
A: Yes! We have been successfully shipping items throughout Canada for over 20 years. You will see all available couriers and rates when you go through the check out process.
