It is the consumer’s responsibility to inspect the product before installation to ensure satisfaction. Once installed, the product is deemed accepted. Reference the most current TCNA handbook, ANSI, manufacturer's specifications, and the Bedrosians care and maintenance guide for installation, outdoor use, care, and maintenance information. Improper installation, application, and/or use voids warranty. Polished/honed ceramic and porcelain: For installation of all polished ceramic/porcelain, polished glazed ceramic/porcelain, and all honed ceramic/porcelain tiles, the manufacturer requires the use of a grout release or sealer before grouting. The manufacturer also requires the use of a grout colour that matches the predominant colour of the tile. Do not use acidic cleaners on polished ceramic/porcelain, polished glazed ceramic/porcelain, or honed ceramic/porcelain tiles. Floor application: The maximum allowable installation offset is 33%. The minimum grout joint must be 3/16 inches. Please refer to the most current TCNA handbook. The manufacturer strongly recommends the use of a levelling system during installation. Do not install in pools, spas/hot tubs, and/or submerged applications unless otherwise indicated.

Product Care
For ongoing maintenance, sweep or vacuum the tiles. Clean the tiles regularly with a pH-neutral cleaner and rinse with clean water. Use only neutral, non-abrasive, and non-acidic cleaners. Avoid use of any harsh cleaning products that contain bleach or acidic chemicals. Acid-based cleaners and harsh chemicals may etch the surface of the tile, especially tiles with polished or honed finishes. The cleaner must be a non-oil, non-soap, and non-animal fat-based product. These products act like a magnet, attracting dirt and dust. Always test cleaning solutions on a small inconspicuous area before proceeding to clean the entire surface area. For hard-to-remove residue, a single disc floor machine with a white pad may be used. Be sure to wet the surface first when using a floor machine.
